Amy L. Sedatole, CPA
Amy L Sedatole, CPA is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
Amy began her career after her college graduation in 1994 with Ernst & Young in Dallas. She worked in various corporate roles in a variety of industries until 2016 when she opened her own CPA firm. After working with Lisa on multiple mutual clients, the two formed a partnership in 2017 in order to provide clients with a full-service accounting experience.
Amy is married and a mother of 2 sons. The oldest will graduate from Clemson University in May 2021, while the youngest will be a freshman at Auburn University in August 2021.
She has two dogs, Chelsea and Griffey. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and watching college football.
Lisa A. Barger, CPA, MBA
Lisa has been an accountant for almost 20 years, and she loves it! She has a BS in Finance and an MBA. Her passion is small business.....even the future small businesses. One of her favorite endeavors has been teaching accounting, finance, and entrepreneurial business as an adjunct professor. The vast majority of Lisa’s clients have been from referrals (including a few prior students!) and she feels blessed by the relationships that I have built with each of them!
Lisa grew up and started her career in California. In 2011 she relocated to North Texas. Lisa and her family live in Prosper Texas. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her children and volunteer in the community. She serves on the Board of Directors for two local nonprofit organizations.
Amy L. Wiatt
I have worked in Corporate Tax Accounting for 18 years as a Tax Professional and SAP IT Systems Analyst. I have a BS in Accounting and Masters in Taxation. In 2013, I transitioned from my corporate career to supporting small business accounting, enabling me to focus on family.
My husband Wally, daughter Megan and myself enjoy sharing our Frisco home with our two dogs and two cats! I enjoy watching Megan play softball, volleyball and basketball, and we love to spend time together outdoors as a family.
